Geo thermal Geysers in Gerlach, Nevada

Fly Geyser, also known as Fly Ranch Geyser is a small geothermal geyser that is located around 32 km north of Gerlach, in Washoe county, Nevada. The Geyser is located in Hualapai Flat.
Fly Geyser is located on the private Fly Ranch and is accessible only by a small private dirt road. The ranch is currently owned by Todd Jaksick.

Unbreakable mobile phone: Samsung’s radical paper thin flexible screen!

Gadget Show SamsungSamsung has shown off a radical ‘bending’ mobile phone that could be virtually unbreakable.
The Korean electronics company provided a glimpse of such a device at a keynote speech Wednesday at the International CES gadget show in Las Vegas.
The screen is expected to find its way in to Samsung handset, although the firm said the devices shown, which ran Microsoft’s phone software, were only prototypes.

Oil down as China’s GDP comes in below expectations Geo news

Oil_4-15-2013_96803_lSINGAPORE: Oil prices fell sharply in Asian trade Monday after China’s first quarter economic growth came in below expectations, with sentiment also weighed by forecasts of weaker global demand.

New York’s main contract, light sweet crude for delivery in May dropped $1.63 to $89.66 a barrel and Brent North Sea crude for May shed $1.39 to $101.72 in mid-morning trade.

Comet ISON makes an appearance

C/2012 S1 (ISON) is a sungrazing comet discovered in September 2012 by astronomers at the ISON-Kislovodsk Observatory in Russia. It reaches perihelion (closest approach to the Sun) on 28th November 2013 at a distance of just 680,000 miles (1,100,000 km) above the Sun’s surface.
